Over the course of the past few weeks, USW Local 5000 has started work establishing itself on social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The platforms will be used for public relations efforts, as well as an additional tool to communicate with Local 5000 members. 

The local still maintains a private, members-only group on Facebook, as well as its public page. The social media pages can be found by clicking the icons found at the top and bottom of most pages on our website.

USW Local 5000 established all social media properties in coordination with USW New Media and will adopt USW policies concerning content and commenting across the three platforms.
