Due to the ongoing and ever-changing conditions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, we are carefully monitoring national, state, and local guidelines to ensure we are able to safely meet with our membership this year. However, things are subject to change and if changes in guidelines affect our ability to host a meeting at a particular location or reduce our capacity, we will contact you no later than February 14th, 2021 at the email or phone number you provide to us.
With meeting locations reducing capacity to ensure social distancing, we are limiting the number of available seats per meeting time, and seats will be made available on a first-come first-served basis. In the event that you RSVP and would like to modify your reservation or cancel, please resubmit this form to indicate your intentions.
